Do you ship outside Canada?
Not yet - we currently ship within Canada only. Standard shipping is free on orders over $200, and every order gets a tracking number by email.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No - guest checkout works fine. An account adds order tracking, saved addresses, and your full order history.
Do you offer racket stringing?
Yes - professional stringing from $35 all-in (string and labour), ready in 2 to 3 days. You can drop your racket off at our club sessions in Moncton. Book through our stringing service page.
How long will it take to get my order?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, expedited 2-3, and express 1-2. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
Eligible gear in like-new condition gets a full refund within 14 calendar days of delivery, and exchanges are accepted for up to 30 days when stock allows. See our refund policy for full terms.
