Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected delivery method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Canada and the United States.
If you’re located elsewhere, please contact us before ordering to check availability.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred upon delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We’re not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Please contact the carrier directly if this occurs. If you need help, contact our support team, and we’ll assist as much as possible.
